> In 1996 Thomas set GT3 class pole (4th overall) for Round 10
of the British GT Championship. In doing so he outqualified the
entire GT2 grid - driving a GT3 Marcos LM500!

In 2001 Thomas drove a privateer Lexus IS200 in the British
Touring Car Championship. He was picked out as one of the star
drivers of the season for being one of very few to get close to the
pace set by the title-winning Vauxhalls.

Championship, Thomas was also awarded the series’ “Top Gun”
trophy, given to the individual driver setting the greatest number
of qualifying poles and fastest race laps throughout the season.

In pre-qualifying for the 1999 Le Mans 24 Hours, Thomas set
fastest time for any non-factory entrant in the GTS class, safely
securing a place for the Chamberlain Motorsport Viper No.57.

Thomas Erdos has set no less than 23 lap records, with many
standing unchallenged for years. In qualifying for a race on
Silverstone's International circuit in 1999 his Marcos LM600
pole of 1:19.719 was the first time ever that a GT2 sportscar of
